Functional purpose

Main Features

2. The core components of the control system of the test bench are imported programmable controllers, which are convenient for future maintenance and system upgrades.

3. The measurement and control system of the test bench adopts industrial computer control, and each individual test can be completed on the bench through instruments or software, ensuring the reliability and substitutability of the system.

The reactor test software adopts Chinese language, which integrates test circuit selection, measurement system control, test system protection, measurement data acquisition, and measurement data analysis, realizing real-time monitoring of the entire test process, and has outstanding advantages of high efficiency and high precision.

5. The reactor adopts an imported power analyzer, which can simultaneously display 18 parameters such as three-phase voltage, current, power, and power factor. All test data can also be displayed in real time on the screen of the industrial computer, avoiding errors caused by various factors such as viewing angle and conversion during the test process, resulting in higher testing accuracy.

The experimental software uses a database to save raw data, which can easily store experimental data, environmental temperature, experimental date and other information together, forming a sample file for future query and analysis; The data report is aesthetically pleasing, standardized, and clear, ensuring the authenticity and reliability of the data.
