Installation steps and usage precautions

1. Choose the installation site and cement floor to be level, and fix the pot body with bottom corner bolts after it is firmly placed.

2. Tighten the two fastening screws of the bracket, and when shaking the pot body, the inlet and outlet pipes at both ends are not allowed to rotate with the pot.

3. After installation, the stirred sandwich pot should undergo an empty test run inspection. It can only be put into operation after all transmission components are running normally

4. After intake, if there is a leak at the joint, tighten the nut until there is no leakage.

5. Use steam pressure and do not exceed the rated working pressure for a long time.

6. When entering the steam, the inlet valve should be slowly opened until pressure is required. The shut-off valve at the outlet of the condensate, if equipped with a steam trap, should always be opened; If there is no steam trap, first open the valve until steam overflows, and then close the valve until a small amount of water vapor overflows.

7. The safety valve can be adjusted according to the pressure of the steam used by the user.

8. During the use of a steaming and boiling pot, it is important to regularly pay attention to changes in steam pressure and adjust the inlet valve in a timely manner.

9. After stopping the intake, the straight spout plug at the bottom of the pot should be opened to drain the remaining water.

10. Before each shift of use, oil should be added to each rotating part of the tilting and stirring sandwich pot; For the components on the surface of the stirred sandwich pot, it is recommended to use cooking oil; 30 # -40 # machinery is used in other places
