The 54X industrial inspection microscope is equipped with a large moving range stage, a falling beam illumination device, a flat field infinitely long working distance bright and dark field objective lens, and a large field eyepiece. It adopts an excellent infinity correction optical system, with clear images and good contrast. It is developed for the semiconductor industry, silicon wafer manufacturing industry, electronic information industry, and metallurgical industry, and is used as an advanced industrial microscope. Optional dark field and DIC differential interference devices can be used for observing bright and dark fields and differential interference, widely used in factories, research institutions, and universities for monitoring and analyzing silicon wafers, circuit substrates, crack exploration, and precision molds. This microscope is equipped with a three eyepiece tube and can be optionally equipped with a camera and a photography device. When connected to a computer and configured with measurement software or metallographic image analysis software, it can become a microcomputer based industrial inspection microscope.
