System features:

1. Easy to operate: The user interface is entirely in Chinese, and as long as the operator has a junior high school education or above, they can operate it and synchronously display the measured weight.

2. Four weighing modes:

Standard: Suitable for most applications, the net weight is obtained by weighing the gross weight and tare weight once;

● Simple: Align the gross weight and tare weight into one. Whether it is gross weight or tare weight, the system will determine which one is gross weight and which one is tare weight based on the size of the two weighings;

● Tare weight: Specially weigh the tare weight and store the vehicle number, tare weight, etc. in the tare weight warehouse for multiple uses.

Net weight: Suitable for temporary use, weighing a vehicle only once is the net weight.

3. Data security: The management measures are meticulous, and the system sets up secondary management permissions. Administrators have all the permissions for data processing, while operators have the authority to input weighing data, print reports, and code sheets.

4. Pre setting of phrases and tare weight: In order to facilitate users to speed up weighing, commonly used phrases and tare weight in the input items can be manually pre entered for direct reference when needed.

5. The number and format of measurement sheets are varied: the software provides five formats of measurement sheets, each of which can be selected by users. The standalone version can also provide custom measurement sheets.

6. Universal query and flexible statistics: When conducting data statistics, users can freely combine and query the fields according to their own requirements. The universal query format allows users to customize according to their own requirements.

7. Data backup and recovery: In order to better protect the backup function of weighing data, all data can be cleared after backup, and the backed up data can also be restored.

8. Equipped with network communication function: If users need network communication, the software can provide network communication composed of network cards. The commonly used database is stored as InterBase, and the system adopts a C/S structure. Real time query of weighing data on the client can be implemented on the server. Data can be transmitted to the factory LAN and ERP system.
