Turbidity sensor
Precautions for on-site installation:
1. On site, depending on the actual situation, the sensor can be fixed with a 6-point (3/4 NPT) thread or installed with accessory brackets, or other installation methods that can fix the sensor.
2. Fixed installation is preferred for installation, and drag chain installation is prohibited.
3. During installation, full consideration should be given to water flow and liquid level changes to ensure that the water flow can cross the optical path, and the sensor should be located at a depth of 10cm or more underwater.
4. The shielded wire needs to be grounded together with the equipment, and the sensor does not support hot swapping.
Calibration:
1. The product is calibrated with different concentrations of Fermat well solution at the factory.
2. Support user 1-point or 2-point calibration interface, slope K and offset B. That is, Y=K * X+B, where Y is the user reading and X is the original measurement value of the sensor. The factory default is K=1 and B=0. Please refer to the company's videos and documents for detailed calibration methods and steps.
preservation:
Store in dry air to avoid scratching external optical fibers with hard objects.
