Step 1: Routine functional testing of UWB base station tags

95power product testing engineers will conduct detailed testing on every function of every UWB base station and tag that leaves the factory.

Step 2: RF performance testing of UWB tags and base stations

The RF performance testing of UWB base station tags is the most complex and critical part of the entire product testing process, including power and frequency calibration, antenna delay calibration, and receiver sensitivity testing.

1. Power and frequency calibration. The power and frequency of UWB base stations must be within the specified range to ensure consistency in product transmission performance.

2. Antenna delay calibration. The unique delay parameter between the antenna of each UWB base station and the product (1ns results in a 30cm error).

3. Sensitivity testing for reception. The receiving sensitivity of each base station tag must be greater than a certain value to ensure the consistency of product receiving performance.

Step 3: Product Aging Stability Test

All 95power UWB base station label products undergo aging testing and high and low temperature sampling before shipment.

Step 4: UWB Base Station Positioning Accuracy Test

95Power engineers will construct a special indoor positioning environment, and each UWB base station will locate the tested UWB tags in the actual indoor positioning system before shipment. Detect the error radius of tag coordinates, and only UWB base stations that are smaller than the standard can pass the test.
