Principle of UV aging test chamber testing:
1. Simulate sunlight
The ultraviolet rays in sunlight are the main factor causing durability damage to most materials. We use ultraviolet lamps to simulate the short wave ultraviolet part of sunlight, which produces very little visible or infrared spectral energy.

2. Simulate a humid condensation environment
In many outdoor environments, materials can remain moist for up to 12 hours per day. Studies have shown that the main factor causing this outdoor moisture is dew, not rainwater. The UV aging test chamber simulates outdoor moisture erosion through its unique condensation function. Due to outdoor exposure to moisture for up to ten hours a day, a typical condensation cycle typically lasts for several hours. The UV aging test chamber can run a condensation cycle, which is the best method to simulate outdoor moisture erosion. Because some application conditions also require the use of water spray to achieve actual results, some UV aging test chambers can operate both condensation cycle and water spray cycle.

3. Temperature control
In each cycle, the temperature can be controlled at a set value. Meanwhile, the blackboard thermometer can monitor the temperature. The increase in temperature can accelerate the aging process, and temperature control is also important for the reproducibility of testing.

4. Water spray system
For certain applications, water spray can better simulate the environmental conditions of final use. Water spraying is very effective in simulating thermal shock or mechanical erosion caused by temperature fluctuations and rainwater erosion. Under certain practical application conditions, such as sunlight, when the accumulated heat rapidly dissipates due to sudden showers, the temperature of the material will undergo a sharp change, resulting in thermal shock, which is a test for many materials.

Preparation before the experiment:
1. Whether the circuit is intact and whether there are any damaged areas
2. Check the water level to meet the test requirements and ensure the normal operation of the test
3. Fix the tested sample onto the clamp ring of the test plate, ensuring it is firm and does not fall off

Operation steps and instructions:
1. Send the sample to the experimental box for layout;
2. Turn on the power switch;
3. Enter the operation display screen interface and select the fixed value mode or program mode according to the test requirements;
4. If choosing the fixed value mode: select the ultraviolet irradiation mode, condensation mode, and spray mode according to the experimental requirements. Select the selected mode type and set the required parameters (number of cycles, time, temperature, radiation value);
5. If program mode is selected: according to the experimental requirements, select ultraviolet irradiation mode, condensation mode, spray mode and set corresponding parameters (cycle times, time, temperature, radiation value);
6. After everything is ready, start the run button;
7. After the experiment is completed, turn off all power sources before opening the test box cover and taking out the test sample.
