Function:Tighten the valve core according to the set torque

1、 The torque value for tightening can be set and displayed on the touch screen;

2、 Automatically stop when the set torque is reached during tightening;

3、 The rotation speed during tightening can be set.

Operating procedure:

1、 Place the faucet with the valve core and pressure cap installed on the tightening fixture;

2、 Press the start button, the tightening mechanism moves down along the guide rail to the faucet, covers the pressure cap on the valve core, and starts automatic tightening. After reaching the set torque value, the machine stops and moves up from the faucet along the same guide rail.

Emergency stop button:When an abnormality is detected, press the emergency stop button, and the device will immediately stop tightening and move up.

working principle:

1、 Set and display torque values on the touch screen;

2、 The servo motor is equipped with a built-in torque sensor to detect and control torque;

3、 The cylinder and guide rail control the tightening mechanism to move up and down;

4、 PLCControl the entire tightening process.

Calibration torque value:When a deviation is found in the torque value during verification, the torque value can be adjusted by entering the password and the coefficient.
