The SECP type motor control cabinet produced by our company is a power switch equipment responsible for direct starting, soft starting, variable frequency starting, or star delta starting of the motor at the end of the low-voltage power supply system. It is mainly composed of wires, components (including contactor switches, molded case circuit breakers or frequency converters, etc.), and boxes. The motor control cabinets produced by our company comply with international CCC standards and have obtained EU CE certification and Russian CUTR certification. Mainly used in extremely cold regions, such as power, chemical, metallurgical, petrochemical and other places where high-power motors need to be started and stopped.

The motor control cabinet is generally installed in a standing position structurally. The main structure is divided into box shell, panel, installation bracket, neutral busbar, grounding busbar and other components. There are operation main switches and relays on the panel. Lighting distribution boxes can be divided into stainless steel boxes, FRP material distribution boxes, etc. according to the material of the box body. When setting up a frequency converter internally, it is necessary to consider a heat dissipation and cooling device. When the motor control cabinet is placed outdoors, a rain cover and a sealing strip that meets environmental requirements should be installed to be suitable for outdoor use. When used in the Russian region, a low-temperature resistant gland, sealing gasket, and a certain power heater should be equipped to ensure that the internal electrical components are in the best working condition. The motor control cabinet can be equipped with breathing valves, heaters, internal lighting, maintenance sockets, and internal and external grounding devices as required.

The lighting distribution boxes and outer surfaces used in the petrochemical industry have undergone acid washing, thermal phosphating, electrostatic spraying, and high-temperature curing treatment, and are coated with outdoor powder with good adhesion.
