The seventh generation SPECTROMAXX further improves analytical performance and reduces operating costs
Seventh generation SPECTROMAXXFurther improve analytical performance and reduce operating costs. SPECTROMAXX is available in two configurations: desktop and floor standing, with three different test ranges to choose from. All important elements in metals can be detected, including trace amounts of C, P, S, and N. Up to ten substrates (including iron-based, aluminum based, copper based, nickel based, chromium based, titanium based, magnesium based, zinc based, tin based, and lead based) can be used to set working curves for dozens of elements. It covers quantitative analysis of various non-metallic and metallic elements in common metals.
The SPECRTOMAXx direct reading spectrometer from the German company SPECTRO is easy and convenient to operate. The spark table designed with new technology achieves intelligent logical tracing and standardization of single standard samples. Operators can devote more energy to sample analysis, greatly reducing preparation time. Optimized argon flow can effectively avoid spark table contamination. The unique ICAL intelligent logic correction system simultaneously achieves intelligent logic tracing and standardization, and greatly saves time in the recalibration process.
A significant feature of the new spark table from SPECTROMAXX is that it greatly reduces maintenance workload and reduces argon gas consumption by nearly half. By selecting appropriate sample fixtures, wire and thin sheet samples can be analyzed.
The optical system and all related components of SPECTROMAXX are sealed inside the FALCON optical structure to avoid interference caused by dust or vibration. The new high-performance readout system can accurately process input data simultaneously, with a processing speed 50 times faster than previous systems. This greatly shortens the analysis time and improves the analysis accuracy. According to different analysis requirements, the wavelength range of analyzable elements ranges from 140nm to 670nm.
The chemical elements that need to be analyzed in the metal industry can be determined, including trace amounts of carbon (C), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), and especially nitrogen (N) element analysis. Equipped with complete working curves, suitable for analyzing corresponding substrates (metal substrates) such as Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Co, Ti, Mg, Zn, Pb, Sn. Covering the entire range of elemental analysis, analysis elements can be selected according to specific needs.
SPECTROMAXX has a wide range of applications and is suitable for pre furnace metal analysis requirements in industries such as die-casting, melting, steel, or non-ferrous metals. It is also suitable for material inspection at the factory and for metal material analysis in industries such as automotive and machinery manufacturing.
