1、 Instrument usage
The upright metallographic microscope 9XB is a medium-sized metallographic microscope. This instrument has a novel design, good performance, and is easy to use and reliable. It can be used for experimental and analytical research in metallurgy, mineral phases, crystals, microelectronics, and other fields in factories, universities, research institutions, and electronic industry departments.
2、 Product Features
WF10X (Φ 20) large field eyepiece, infinitely distant metallographic objective.
The instrument adopts two forms of illumination, reflection and transmission, and is equipped with a polarizing device.
Under reflected light illumination, bright field and polarized observation can be performed, and under transmitted light illumination, bright field observation can be performed.
