Vibration monitoring device

Overview

The vibration monitoring and protection device is mainly used for long-term monitoring of the vibration intensity of rotating machinery with a speed of 600-60000 revolutions per minute. It is matched with the CD series magneto electric vibration speed sensor and can monitor the vertical and horizontal vibration of rotating machinery. The vibration intensity value is displayed by the meter head on the front panel of the instrument, and it also has standard current output. It can be matched with various DCS and PLC systems. When the vibration value exceeds *, the instrument can be equipped with an external sound and light alarm to prompt on-site operators to take preventive measures, and has alarm and dangerous switch output to protect the safe and reliable operation of the machine.

• Realize intelligent processing: Alarm values I and II can be set arbitrarily through panel buttons
• The panel buttons can adjust the range value without the need for potentiometer adjustment, making it convenient for on-site debugging
• If you don't press the operation key for one minute, you can return to the running state by yourself
• The alarm delay adjustment range is 1-60 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference
• It has power up and power down detection functions, sensor disconnection detection functions, and can effectively suppress instrument false alarms by cutting off alarm and shutdown output circuits
