Pressure gauges (mechanical pressure measuring instruments) can meet the requirements of gauge pressure, absolute pressure, and differential pressure measurement applications, and have been tested millions of times in practice. We provide measurement systems using Bourdon tube, diaphragm or capsule technology, which can provide solutions for different applications of our customers. The range of the pressure gauge is from0. 0.05 kPato0 . .. 600 MPaThe display accuracy can reach0.1 %In addition, we also provide pressure components made of copper alloys, stainless steel, and special materials to meet various requirements of industrial and process instruments.
A pressure gauge is an instrument that measures and displays the pressure of a medium. Pressure gauges are pressure measuring instruments with elastic pressure elements, used up to millions of times in various industrial applications. According to the application area of the pressure gauge, Bourdon tubes, diaphragm elements, or bellows elements can be used as pressure elements.
A pressure gauge can measure gauge pressure, absolute pressure, and differential pressure. In addition, the Vicat pressure gauge can be used not only to measure positive gauge pressure, but also to measure negative gauge pressure.
The working mode of pressure gauges varies depending on the type. In industrial measurement technology, two different types of pressure gauges are used——Bourdon tube pressure gauge and diaphragm pressure gauge. These two types of pressure gauges have different functional principles and are therefore suitable for different applications. When using a Bourdon tube pressure gauge, the Bourdon tube directly transmits pressure to the pointer for measurement. There is a bend inside the shell, and the medium enters the bend and causes the Boden tube to extend. This extension is transmitted to the movement through connecting rods and sector gears, and displayed as corresponding deflection on the dial.
Bourdon tube pressure gauges can be used in various ways and are suitable for most applications. However, when they reach the measurement limit, use a diaphragm pressure gauge. In a diaphragm pressure gauge, pressure is transmitted to a connecting rod through a waveform diaphragm. Afterwards, the dial movement will indicate the pressure value.
