1. Regularly check the screws in the jaw area, and tighten them promptly if any looseness is found;
2. The sliding surface between the embedded steel plate and the lining plate, as well as the dovetail groove surface on the lining plate, should be kept clean and regularly coated with a thin layer of MoS2 (molybdenum disulfide) grease;
3. Regularly check the transmission condition of the sprocket. If any looseness is found, please re tighten the tensioning wheel.

Maintenance of oil source

1. Regularly check whether there are any oil leaks at the host and oil source. If any oil leaks are found, the sealing ring or combination gasket should be replaced in a timely manner;
2. According to the usage of the machine and the expiration date of the oil, regularly replace the oil suction filter and filter element, and replace the hydraulic oil.
3. When not conducting experiments for a long time, pay attention to turning off the power supply of the host. If the machine is in standby mode, the transfer switch should be set to the 'load' position, because if the transfer switch is set to the 'fast reverse' position, the electromagnetic reversing valve will remain powered on, which will affect the service life of the device.
