1、 Application Fields
The WSSN-BF series seismic resistant stainless steel bimetallic thermometer is an industrial instrument for on-site detection, which can directly read the temperature of the measured gas, liquid, and steam from the reading panel. Widely applicable for on-site gas or liquid temperature measurement and control in industries such as petrochemicals, mines, metallurgy, textiles, military, pharmaceuticals, and food with severe environmental shaking. This series of products has the advantages of sensitive response, easy reading, anti vibration, mercury free, stable performance, long service life, and a shell protection level of IP65.

2、 Product Introduction

The seismic resistant stainless steel bimetallic thermometer consists of bimetallic temperature sensing elements, supporting tubes, connecting devices, indicator plates, etc. The bimetallic temperature sensing element is made of multi coil straight spiral bimetallic, with one end fixed and the other end (free end) connected to the core shaft. When the temperature changes, the free end of the temperature sensing element rotates, and the pointer is driven by the core shaft to indicate the temperature of the measured medium on the indicator disk. Seismic bimetallic thermometers are divided into three types based on their structural form: axial (angular), radial (diameter), and universal; According to their functions, they are divided into four types: ordinary type (single index), live contact, remote transmission function, and earthquake resistant type.
