• Explanation of Digital Pressure Gauge

• Digital pressure gauge function

It has pressure upper and lower limit protection functions. When the pressure reaches the upper limit, the sound and light alarm will sound: the buzzer will sound and the upper limit indicator light will turn on. At the same time, the J1 contact of the relay closes and outputs a protection signal; When the pressure is below the lower limit value, the lower limit indicator light will turn on, the J2 contact of the relay will close, and the lower limit protection signal will be output.

The specific values of the upper and lower limits of pressure can be set by the user themselves.

The measured pressure value is displayed in real-time by a 4-digit digital tube.

The measurement accuracy level can reach 0.2% and 0.1%.

Input: AC 220V ± 15%.

Output: Upper limit alarm relay J1, lower limit alarm relay J2, transmission signal (① 0~5V DC output, or ② 4~20mA) output.

Measurement range: -0.1~0, 0~100MPa, with decimal point, customizable range according to customer requirements.

• Operating instructions for digital pressure gauge

AH represents the upper limit of pressure, AL represents the lower limit of pressure, AHH represents the full range, ALL represents the minimum range,

Abc refers to the prompt to enter the upper and lower limit adjustment program.

1. Connect the AC 220V (or DC 24V) power supply through the wiring plug.
2. After the power is turned on, the instrument enters the measurement state, the digital display shows "0000" data, and the working indicator light is on.
3. Press and hold the 'Confirm' button for less than 2 seconds to enter the viewing program. Then, with each press of the "confirm" button, the following will be displayed in sequence: AH: represents the upper pressure limit;

Specific upper pressure limit setting value;

AL: represents the lower limit of pressure;

Specific set value for lower pressure limit;

AHH: Full range (maximum range) value;

Full range (maximum range) specific numerical value;

ALL: Initial pressure;

Specific starting pressure value.

4. Specific steps for modifying upper and lower limit alarm data:
   • Press and hold the 'confirm' button for a long time (greater than 2 seconds).
   • After releasing the "confirm" button, the digital display shows "Abc", entering the upper and lower limit adjustment program, and the "debug" indicator light is on.
   • Press the "confirm" button again, and "0000" will be displayed. At this time, use the "add", "subtract", and "shift" keys to enter the "1111" password, and then press the "confirm" button.
   • Then use the "add", "subtract", and "shift" keys to adjust AH (set pressure upper limit) and AL (set pressure lower limit). After that, use the "confirm" key to save the set value and enter the testing state. The "work" indicator light will turn on.

Note: If the button is not pressed for a long time (about 10 seconds) during the adjustment program, or if the "reset" button is directly pressed, it will jump back to the testing state and the set value will not be saved.

5. The maximum range AHH and starting pressure ALL are set by the manufacturer and cannot be changed.

• Precautions for use
  1. When using, please do not exceed 10% of the maximum range for maximum pressure.
  2. If there are garbled characters, please check if it is caused by the reset button getting stuck.
  3. Users need to pay special attention to the direction of the positive and negative poles of the DC 24V power cord. If connected incorrectly, it can easily burn out the instrument.
  4. If the table malfunctions, please contact our after-sales personnel. Do not remove or touch the bottom sensor by yourself to avoid damaging the sensor diaphragm.
