    Compressor condensing section

    Refrigeration system: The core of the refrigeration system is the compressor. In this solution, we use one French Taikang fully enclosed compressor to ensure the cooling requirements of the studio.

    The design of the refrigeration system applies energy regulation technology, which is an effective way to ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration unit while adjusting the energy consumption and cooling capacity of the refrigeration system, reducing the operating costs and failure rate of the refrigeration system to a more economical state.

    Refrigeration evaporator: The evaporator is located in the air duct interlayer at one end of the test chamber, and is forced to ventilate by a blower motor for rapid heat exchange.

    Heating section

    Heating method: direct heating inside the test chamber;

    Lighting system

    Air duct system

    The air duct system is located in the interlayer at the rear of the test chamber, and is equipped with heaters, blades, evaporators, PT100 temperature sampling sensors, and other devices. When the fan rotates at high speed, the air in the working chamber is sucked into the air duct from the top, and is fully mixed with the heat generated by the heater and the cold generated by the evaporator in the air duct. The air that has undergone heat exchange with the test sample in the working chamber is then sucked into the air duct for mixing; Repeatedly cycling to achieve the target temperature requirements while ensuring high temperature and humidity indicators inside the test chamber.

    Refrigeration/dehumidification system

    Choose the world-renowned French brand "Taikang" fully enclosed industrial refrigeration compressor. Mainly used for cooling xenon lamp tubes, maintaining a constant working room temperature, and reducing indoor humidity

    Humidification section

    Steam generator: vaporizes water to produce the steam required by the equipment.

    Water level control: The solenoid valve controls the water inlet, and the liquid level switch controls the water level, providing signals for controlling the water addition and alarm of the humidifier.

    Gas circulation section

    Built in circulating air duct and ventilation fan, using efficient refrigeration and energy regulation system, effective heat exchange is achieved through efficient ventilation fan to achieve temperature change. By improving the airflow of the air, the air flow rate, heating and humidification, and heat exchange capacity of the air surface cooler are increased.
