1、 Product Introduction:

Adopting a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, the reduction ratio is large, the structure is compact, the transmission is smooth, and the abrasive flow rate is adjustable, which can effectively save the amount of abrasive used. The testing machine achieves a steel wheel speed of 75r/min through gear transmission reduction. Compared with belt transmission, gear transmission reduces speed smoothly and does not cause slippage. The rotation of the steel wheel is controlled by a time relay, and the motor rotates to the required speed for the test at the predetermined time, and the motor automatically stops. This testing machine has the characteristics of reasonable design, simple structure, beautiful appearance, easy operation, smooth rotation, and automatic shutdown to meet the testing requirements. 4、 Precautions and maintenance:

♦ When connecting the power cord, attention should be paid to the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and the steel wheel should rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow;

♦ The testing machine must be reliably grounded at the grounding point (wire diameter not less than 1.5mm);

♦ After each experiment, the testing machine should be cleaned thoroughly, especially the sand on the fixtures and their guide rails should be cleaned thoroughly;

♦ Every year, the side cover plate of the gearbox should be removed and an appropriate amount of lithium based grease should be added to the gears.
