(1) Imported semiconductor fiber laser is used as the main light source. This light source uses a single film optical fiber, which has reliable performance, compact structure, long lifespan, maintenance free, high electro-optical conversion efficiency, and maintains consistent beam divergence angle and beam quality throughout the full power range.

(2) The entire optical path uses only one lens. The traditional optical path generally consists of a reflector, a beam expander, and a Fourier mirror. Winner2006 only retains one Fourier mirror, which provides better beam quality and easier maintenance in the later stage.

(3) The main detector adopts the newly designed TD41 detector, which maximizes the testing lower limit of the main detector and can seamlessly connect with the auxiliary detector, overcoming the problem of inaccurate testing at the junction of the main detector and the auxiliary detector.

(4) The auxiliary detector adopts a Japanese imported photodetector with filtering, and uses circuit board integrated molding technology in the arrangement to better improve the testing accuracy of small particles.

(5) More precise optical alignment technology has added a limit function on the basis of improving alignment accuracy, effectively improving alignment speed and preventing mechanical failures caused by misoperation.

(6) In order to ensure that the testing limit of this instrument reaches 1000 microns, a larger flow circulation pump is used, effectively solving the problem of pump body wear.

(7) We have adopted a simpler and more convenient clamp valve as the drainage valve of the instrument. This valve can replace pipelines of different materials to achieve anti-corrosion design.
