Advanced testing principles
Using the principle of dynamic light scattering and photon correlation spectroscopy, the particle size is determined based on the Brownian motion velocity of particles in liquid. Particles of different sizes move at different speeds, and when laser irradiates these particles, the scattered light will experience fluctuations in speed. Photon correlation spectroscopy analyzes the particle size based on the fluctuation of photons in a specific direction.
High resolution capability
To determine the size of nanoscale particles using PCS technology, it is necessary to be able to distinguish nanosecond level signal fluctuations. The core component of this instrument adopts the CR256 digital correlator developed by our company, which has the * high-resolution ability to recognize 8ns and * high signal processing speed.
High sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio
Adopting professional grade high-performance photomultiplier tubes (PMT), it has the highest sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio for photon signals.
