Purpose and scope:
The wired remote transmission prepaid water meter is a self-developed prepaid water meter that is convenient for remote meter reading, designed to meet the actual needs of daily water use. It adopts M-BUS/RS 485 bus communication to achieve remote direct reading of water meters using water features, effectively avoiding the need for management departments to come to the door for meter reading. At the same time, the prepaid function can also avoid the problem of difficult charging. This product also has valve control function (optional), which facilitates the management department to control the water usage of the water meter, making remote meter reading and control more convenient and reliable. While saving manpower, material resources, and financial resources, it effectively improves productivity.
Functional features:
1. Non contact 1C card technology, one meter, one card per household, automatic valve closing.
2. Fully sealed design: The circuit is sealed with epoxy resin for good sealing performance.
3. It has the characteristics of anti lock braking and non scaling, which can achieve the effects of low pressure loss, low wear, low power consumption, rust prevention, and anti blockage.
4. Anti external electric and magnetic attack technology: When subjected to strong electric and magnetic attacks from the outside, the water meter will automatically close the valve.
5. The data collector adopts a dual counter sampling design, and the system adopts a dual power supply design. Under normal M-BUS communication, the lithium battery basically does not consume electricity, ensuring the long-term reliable operation of the entire equipment.
5. The data collector has the functions of water firefly pulse sampling, calculation, data storage, and M-BUS bidirectional communication. Combined with GPRS DTU communication module, remote real-time meter reading and monitoring can be achieved.
7. The collector uses a calibratable soft calendar clock system to automatically cycle and store the accumulated water value of the previous 12 months' settlement days, facilitating the analysis of water usage.
