X35B3 Desktop Vacuum Sealing Machine

X35B3 desktop vacuum capping machine adopts the open fully sealed vacuum chamber technology applied to capping machines and sealing machines. It is a semi-automatic model, with manual capping, manual bottle entry and exit, and manual closure of the vacuum chamber. The machine adopts a pneumatic actuator to drive the screw cap internally, and uses precise control of actuator air pressure to achieve torque control, which belongs to non frictional torque limiting and has a longer service life; Due to the use of reliable fully sealed technology, the ideal vacuum degree can be achieved by configuring a low-power vacuum pump, and the vacuum degree can be set as needed. The X35 series models are economical, widely applicable, easy to use, reliable, and mobile, suitable for small production workshops, special specification applications, and laboratory use.

The X35B3 model is a new version of the X35 series that has undergone two improvements. Compared to the previous version, the main improvements are:
1. Adopting adjustable bottle parts completely solves the problem of replacing bottle shaped parts, and can quickly convert between two bottle shapes with different diameters or cross-sectional shapes and heights without the need to replace parts
2. The use of linear motion components and integral pneumatic torque components further improves the quality and operational performance of the twist cover;
3. Adopting high-quality PLC (program controller) produced in Taiwan, which is more reliable than the previous version of relay logic circuit;
4. Adopt pneumatic vacuum switching valve to make the vacuum response faster;
5. Equipped with a dedicated assembly base as standard, it can be used on the ground for greater flexibility.
