Air/Air/Water Heat Exchanger

Heat exchangers are based on the principle of indirect heat transfer. The inner and outer circuits are separated from each other, and heat exchange occurs when heat flows through each other. The easiest form of this system is an air/air heat exchanger, but efficiency can be improved by selecting a heat transfer medium such as water.

Compressor/cabinet cooling device

The cooling device of the control cabinet has a closed refrigeration circuit. In this cycle, the gaseous refrigerant is compressed by the compressor, thereby keeping the refrigerant in a high-pressure state. It is cooled in the condenser, thereby changing its physical state from gas to liquid, but high pressure still exists. When the compressor continuously increases the pressure, the liquid refrigerant is forced to enter the evaporator through the capillary tube, thereby reducing the pressure and evaporating. Cold is released into the environment.

Peltier/thermoelectric cooling device

The principle of Peltier cooling corresponds to the principle of electric heat pumps. The Peltier element transfers thermal energy from the cold exchanger inside the control cabinet to the heat exchanger outside the control cabinet. The hot air inside the control cabinet is blown onto the cold exchanger by a fan and cooled in the process. Then use ambient air to cool the heat exchanger outside the control cabinet. The main advantage of Peltier cooling is its functional reliability. There is no liquid, so there is no risk of leakage.

Water dry cooler/water cooling/chiller

Water recoolers (also known as water coolers or coolers) are mainly used to cool liquids, in most cases water or oil. Liquid serves as a heat transfer medium, absorbing heat from the heat source and transporting it to the dry cooler through pipelines or ducts. There, heat is carried away from the liquid, the medium becomes colder, and is reintroduced into the circuit. The heat transfer medium circulates in its own closed loop.
