The maintenance of Yamaha SMT machines is divided into weekly maintenance and monthly maintenance. Below, Arnoldi will organize and classify them for you:

Weekly maintenance: 1. Check and clean the stains on the XYW shaft screw every week;
2. Check if the mounting head and guide rail are running smoothly. If there are any abnormal sounds or movements that are not smooth, promptly check if there is any displacement of the component and adjust and apply lubricant in a timely manner;
3. Check and clean the stains on the lens;
4. Check for foreign objects and residues on the xy axis guide rail. If the engine oil has hardened, re oil it.

Monthly maintenance: 1. Check if the lights and lasers are functioning properly, and adjust or replace them promptly if there are any abnormalities
2. Clean the XY axis guide rail, XYW screw, and Z-axis gear, and replace the lubricant
3. Check whether the transmission device is running smoothly and whether the transmission belt is worn or loose. If so, adjust or replace it
4. Check and clean the suction nozzle and filter cotton, and replace them promptly if they are worn
