Product Details

The instrument uses an electric arc combustion furnace to burn samples, gas volumetric method to measure carbon, iodometric method to measure sulfur, and fully automatic carbon measurement and manual titration for sulfur measurement. The carbon and sulfur test results are displayed in digital format for direct reading. Suitable for detecting carbon and sulfur elements in various materials such as plain carbon steel, high, medium, and low alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, ductile iron, alloy cast iron, and manganese iron.
Main technical indicators of carbon sulfur analyzer:
1. Measurement range: Carbon (C) 0.020% to 6.00% (sample size needs to be changed)
Sulfur (S) 0.003%~2.00% (sample size needs to be changed)
