The TY-CS4000 carbon sulfur analyzer is a professional instrument suitable for detecting the carbon and sulfur content in materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, pig iron, gray cast iron, ductile iron, wear-resistant cast iron, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, etc. This carbon sulfur analyzer uses an electric arc combustion furnace to burn samples, and the gas volume method is used to test the carbon mass fraction, while the iodine method is used to test the sulfur mass fraction. The carbon and sulfur determination is fully automated, with computer-controlled workflow, stable and reliable performance, and can be connected to an electronic balance for quantitative weighing. After data processing by the computer, the results are directly displayed on the screen, printed, and the original files such as date, furnace number, and results can be saved. This carbon sulfur analyzer is also a specialized instrument for carbon sulfur analysis in ore analysis, ore element analysis, and ore content determination.
