The YK-100 pressure gauge has the advantage of anti blocking that the measured medium does not need to enter the interior of the instrument, thus allowing the medium to have high viscosity, high particle size, and easy solidification, such as mud. Instrument principle:

The instrument is used in environments with strong vibrations by filling it with damping fluid internally and having a built-in damping structure; To meet the demand for measuring pressure of high viscosity, high particle, and easily solidified media through membrane isolation structure; Through the core key technology of dial indicator mechanism and built-in fork spring elastic element design, the instrument indication is clear, stable, and accurate. The measured medium acts on the sealing rubber diaphragm on the instrument joint, and is transmitted to the diaphragm box inside the instrument through the rubber diaphragm. It acts on the fork spring, causing displacement of the two wings of the fork spring, and drives the pointer to rotate through the gear mechanism to achieve the purpose of measuring pressure. The tested medium does not enter the interior of the instrument, thus achieving the effect of preventing blockage and solidification.
