Steaming pots use steam at a certain pressure as the heat source (electric heating or direct combustion of liquefied gas or natural gas can also be used). Steaming pots have the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time of liquid materials, and easy control of heating temperature. The inner pot of the steaming and boiling pot is made of acid resistant and heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel, equipped with pressure gauges and safety valves. 4. Pot body with mixing device: top center mixing, reducer output shaft and mixing blade shaft are connected by a sleeve for easy disassembly and cleaning.

5. Mixing speed: 36r/min (a certain speed can be selected according to customer requirements); Mixing blade form: ordinary mixing (anchor type) and scraping bottom mixing.

6. Support foot form: ① Vertical pot body: triangular pyramid form, circular tube form; ② Tiltable pot body: groove shaped bracket type.

Precautions for using steam cooking pot

1. Use steam pressure and do not exceed the rated working pressure for a long time.

2. When entering the steam, the inlet valve should be slowly opened until pressure is required. The shut-off valve at the outlet of the condensate, if equipped with a steam trap, should always be opened; If there is no steam trap, first open the valve until steam overflows, and then close the valve until a small amount of water vapor overflows.

3. The safety valve can be adjusted according to the pressure of the steam used by the user.

4. During the use of a steam boiler, attention should be paid to changes in steam pressure and the inlet valve should be adjusted in a timely manner.

5. After stopping the intake, the straight spout plug at the bottom of the pot should be opened to drain the remaining water.

6. Before each shift of use, oil should be added to each rotating part of the tilting and stirring cooking pots; For the components on the surface of the stirred cooking pot, it is recommended to use cooking oil; All other areas use 30 # -40 # mechanical oil.

Maintenance and upkeep of high-pressure cooking pots

1. When there is steam leakage at the inlet and outlet pipe joints and tightening the nuts does not solve the problem, packing should be added or replaced.

2. Pressure gauges and safety valves should be regularly inspected, and any malfunctions should be promptly replaced and repaired.

3. After 50 hours of use, the gearbox should be removed and the lubricating oil should be drained. It should be rinsed with kerosene or diesel, and 30 # -40 # clean engine oil should be added. After 150 hours of use, the oil should be changed for the second time. Depending on the specific situation, the oil should be changed every 1000 hours or so thereafter.

4. Rust proof oil peeling off should be applied in a timely manner, and the paint for the outer pot should be applied. It is recommended to use X55-3 aluminum powder ethylene water-resistant paint.

5. After 5 years of use, it is recommended to conduct a safety water pressure test on this pot. The interval between water pressure tests in the future should be in accordance with the requirements of technical departments in various regions.
