1、 Product Introduction

It is a laboratory equipment for scientific research in plants, biology, microorganisms, genetics, viruses, medicine, environmental protection, food, petroleum, chemical industry, etc., and education departments for cultivation and preparation. 1. The instrument should be placed on a flat ground, with a clean and tidy environment, dry and ventilated.

2. Before use, all control switches on the panel should be in a non working state, and the speed control knob should be placed in the z-small position.

3. Filling of culture test bottles: In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture solution in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.

4. Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on.

5. Speed regulation:

Example: Set the oscillation frequency to 150 times per minute and stop working after 1 hour and 30 minutes.

5-1: Close the power switch, and the upper row will display the original speed value. (Last running speed) The original timing value is displayed on the right

5-2: Press the "" (speed fast/slow) key to set the speed to 150.

5-3: Press the H (hour) key to set the timed hour to 1.

5-4: Press the M (minute) key to set the timer minute to 30. (Set 0:00 to indicate continuous operation in a constantly open state at irregular intervals)

Press the RUN button 5-5 to start the machine slowly until it reaches 150 revolutions per minute. At the same time, the timer will start, and then run steadily for 1 hour and 30 minutes before stopping and sounding an alarm for 10 seconds. Indicates that the scheduled run has been completed.

5-6: Press stop to stop running at any time (the timer also ends at this time).

5-7: Green is the running light, red is the stop light. The corresponding indicator light is on, indicating that the controller is in the corresponding state.

6. Select cultivation temperature:

6-1: Temperature setting: Press the SET button to set the temperature. Press the SET button until the data in the lower row of the digital tube flashes, indicating that the instrument has entered the temperature setting state. Press the △ button to increase the set value, press the ▽ button to decrease the set value, and then press the SET button again to return the instrument to normal working state. The temperature setting is complete.

6-2: Correction of Sensor Error: When confirming that the displayed value on the instrument is not the correct measurement value, the displayed value can be corrected. Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument panel. After selecting parameter SC, use the △ or ▽ keys to modify this parameter. The range for correcting sensor errors is+50 to -50. After the correction is complete, press the SET button for 3 seconds to exit. The correction value of the instrument is 0 when it leaves the factory. When using it, it is necessary to prevent the instrument that displays correctly from being corrected to incorrect.

6-3: Start self-tuning: This product can adapt to the vast majority of control systems, and can only start self-tuning when the control effect is particularly unsatisfactory. Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument, select the parameter At, and use the △ or ▽ button to start self-tuning. At this time, the At indicator light starts flashing, and the instrument enters the automatic tuning parameter working state. The instrument controls the heating system to fluctuate twice near the set point. When the At light goes out, self-tuning ends, and the new PID parameters are locked in the chip.

4、 Instrument precautions

1. Connect the heating to the OUT terminal and the cooling to the AL1 terminal. When the compressor is working, the AL1 indicator light is on, and when the compressor start protection is delayed, the AL2 indicator light flashes.

2. If the measured temperature is highly correlated with the actual temperature, it is generally due to the use of the wrong sensor. Please place the sensor in boiling water, and the instrument should display 100 ℃. Otherwise, check if the sensor matches the input type of the instrument.

3. The instrument display is normal, but the temperature suddenly loses control. It is necessary to check whether there is a short circuit or open circuit in the external load.

4. The instrument displays HHH when the measured value exceeds the instrument range or the thermocouple is disconnected, and displays LLL when the measured value is below the lower limit of the instrument range or the thermocouple is connected incorrectly.

5. If the ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature - heating. If the ambient temperature is higher than the set temperature - cooling. Please turn on the lighting switch when observing the working chamber.

6. Turn on the "oscillation" switch, the indicator light will turn on, and the speed and duration of the set speed can be found in the "ZLTS400" series intelligent DC speed controller operation manual. Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.

5、 Usage precautions and maintenance:

1. Remember that the entire machine cannot be used on wooden packaging racks. It should be placed on a relatively flat ground, with a clean and tidy environment and good ventilation.

2. The tilt angle of the mobile instrument in any direction should be less than 45 ℃ to ensure the normal operation of the instrument's refrigeration system.

3. The placement should not have direct sunlight and must be at least 50 centimeters away from the wall. Do not place the instrument near a heat source or in direct sunlight.

4. The ambient temperature should not exceed 28 ℃. If it exceeds this temperature, windows should be opened for ventilation or air conditioning should be turned on to assist in cooling. Otherwise, continuous cooling of the entire machine may shorten the service life of the compressor.

5. When using a constant temperature oscillation incubator in an environment with children, close attention should be paid.

When placing items on the workbench, an appropriate amount of space should be maintained between each test bottle to facilitate the circulation of cold and hot air convection.

7. The speed control should start slowly from low speed to high speed.

8. Newly heated liquids should be cooled at ambient temperature before being placed into the machine. It is strictly prohibited to directly place heated objects into the refrigeration incubator to prevent danger.
