OverviewThe SYC-UZK-50 series anti rotation level controller is a novel level controller that is particularly suitable for solid-state levels (powder, granular, block, gel, etc.) in industries such as chemical, environmental protection, petroleum, plastics, pharmaceuticals, grain, beverages, feed, and building materials.
The table has good sealing performance, strong overload capacity, easy installation and maintenance, and a large output contact capacity. It can be adjusted by adjusting the tension of the tension spring for materials of different densities.
working principleThe rotating blades are driven by the motor to rotate. When the measured material rises to a certain depth and the rotating blades are subjected to a certain resistance, the resistance is transmitted to the detection device inside the controller through the transmission shaft. The detection device outputs a switch signal and cuts off the power supply of the motor, causing the rotating blades to stop rotating. When the material falls, the resistance of the rotating blades is released, and the detection device returns to its original state through the action of a tension spring. When the motor resumes power supply, the rotating blades resume rotation, and the alarm is eliminated. The next time the measured material rises, the rotating blades will stop rotating;
