Application:
It can assess the ability of product packaging to withstand drops during transportation, loading and unloading, in order to improve and perfect the packaging. The test height can be set to approach zero to prevent damage to the packaging when it is close to the ground, which is suitable for objects with large volume and weight.
This test bench is mainly used to assess the degree to which packaging is affected by drop impacts during actual transportation, loading and unloading processes, evaluate the impact resistance strength of packaging during handling, and assess the rationality of packaging design. The zero drop testing machine is mainly used for larger packaging drop tests. The zero drop testing machine uses an "E" - shaped fork that can quickly move downwards as a test piece holder, and the tested goods are placed in balance according to the test requirements (face, edge, corner test). During the experiment, the pallet moves downwards at high speed and separates from the specimen. The "E" fork falls onto the bottom plate adhesive of the packaged goods under test, and is embedded in the bottom plate under the action of an efficient shock absorber. In theory, the zero drop test can be conducted from a zero height range, and the drop height can be set numerically according to the test requirements, and the drop test can be automatically executed according to the set height.
