Product features: Types and characteristics of springs: 1. Circular section compression spring: It is a spiral spring that can withstand axial pressure, and the material used for it has a circular cross-section. Generally of equal pitch, there is a certain gap between the coils of the compression spring, and the spring will contract and deform when subjected to external loads. It has stable stiffness, simple structure, easy manufacturing, and wide application. 2. Rectangular section compression spring: Similar in nature to circular section cylindrical coil springs, the difference lies in the rectangular cross-section of the material used. Under the same spatial conditions, rectangular section helical compression springs have higher stiffness and absorb more energy. 3. Stretching spring: It is a spiral spring that can withstand axial tension and is generally made of circular cross-section material. When not under load, the coils of the tension spring are usually tightly connected without any gaps. 4. Torsion spring: It is a spiral spring that can withstand torsional deformation, and its working part is tightly wound into a spiral shape. The end structure of the torsion spring is processed into various shapes of torsion arms instead of hooks and rings. 5. Disc spring: a special spring that is conical in the axial direction and bears loads. After bearing the load deformation, it stores a certain potential energy. When the bolt relaxes, the disc spring releases some potential energy to maintain the pressure between the flange connections to meet the sealing requirements. The stress distribution of the disc spring decreases uniformly from inside to outside, which can achieve the effect of low stroke and high compensation force.
