ForGrain chillersIn terms of preventive maintenance, it is more important than fault maintenance. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly inspect and repair severely worn or unreliable components as much as possible to improve the operation rate and service life of the grain cooler. The key points for inspection are as follows:
Grain chillersMaintenance and upkeep procedures
1. Keep the computer room clean and well ventilated. Clean and remove dirt from the exposed parts of the condenser and unit once a day, and tighten all fasteners appropriately to eliminate vibration and prevent leakage.
2. Regularly check whether the electrical circuit connections are firm and the insulation protection is reliable; Is the fastening bolt of the compressor loose; Is the lubricating oil level of the compressor in the normal position.
3. Regularly check whether the nozzles and inner pipe filters of the cooling water tower are blocked, and whether the rotating arm, water supply pipe, ball valve, and belt are in good condition.
4. Check and clean the filter core on the inlet side of cooling water and chilled water every month; Check if there is air in the pipeline.
5. If a large amount of foam is seen in the oil sight glass, it means that refrigerant is diluted in the oil. Measures such as adjusting the water valve or control valve, checking and adjusting the expansion valve, checking the cooling water temperature, unit operating current, and adding refrigerant should be taken.
6. The interval between each stop and start is 5-15 minutes, and the number of starts per hour shall not exceed 4 times.
7. When problems such as high voltage protection, low voltage protection, compressor overload, oil pressure difference, and high temperature protection of the compressor occur, the operator should check the cause of the fault. Before the fault is eliminated, the operator should not forcibly start the equipment and cannot change the setting values of various protections in the equipment without authorization.
8. Unless it is an emergency, the main power supply should not be cut off. If the unit is not in use for a long time, the unit should be shut down first, then the main power supply should be turned off, and the water in the system should be drained.
The above is an introduction to how to maintain the grain cooler.
