1. The general laboratory environment temperature is maintained at 10 ℃ to 35 ℃, the relative humidity is not greater than 80%, and there is no corrosive gas or smoke interference in the environment.
2. The working voltage of the instrument is 220V ± 10%, and the frequency is 50Hz.
3. The main unit, centrifuge, oscillator, etc. of the rice freshness tester should be placed on a fixed and stable experimental platform, without strong light, strong airflow, strong vibration, and electromagnetic interference. When idle for a long time, please cover it with a cloth to prevent dust or other debris from contaminating it.
4. The laboratory needs to have distilled water or deionized water for cleaning colorimetric dishes and other vessels. The colorimetric dish needs to be rinsed repeatedly with tap water, then rinsed three times with distilled or deionized water, and dried naturally or at low temperature (≤ 60 ℃).
5. After crushing the rice, it should be promptly tested or stored in a sealed bag. Prolonged exposure to air can cause low freshness values such as bursting or cracking. Rice samples that cannot be tested on the same day should be refrigerated.
6. If the freshness value of the test agent is less than 30 points after self calibration and testing under the rice marking line, please stop using it.
7. The refrigerated test samples and freshness reagents must be cooled back to room temperature before use.
8. Microprinters must not be connected to the host with electricity to avoid affecting the lifespan of the instrument.
After the detection is completed, promptly output and save the detection data, then turn off the instrument switch and disconnect the power supply.
10. Do not use organic solvents such as ethanol when cleaning the surface of the instrument.
