To enhance the overall image and environmental technology level of Sichuan, strengthen academic exchanges among peers, promote the development of environmental protection, and ensure that during the 12th Five Year Plan period, 90% of environmental monitoring stations in Sichuan Province must meet standards in terms of institutions and personnel, monitoring funds, monitoring buildings, instruments and equipment, monitoring projects, etc., and 60% of county-level environmental monitoring stations strive to meet standards. The Environmental Protection Department of Sichuan Province will focus on improving the five levels of environmental monitoring equipment, monitoring technology, emergency monitoring, radiation monitoring, and monitoring automation. In the coming years, the industry in the field of environmental monitoring in Sichuan Province will develop rapidly, ushering in vast space and huge business opportunities.

The organizing committee will widely invite leaders in charge of environmental protection enterprises, institutions, research institutes, and environmental monitoring stations in China, especially in the southwest region, to participate; Organize environmental regulatory departments from various provinces and cities in Southwest China, as well as executives from key polluting enterprises, to visit the exhibition and organize various forms of technical exchanges and business negotiations; Organize environmental protection departments and industry associations from various provinces in the western region to visit, negotiate, and place orders, providing opportunities for foreign environmental protection enterprises to enter the Chinese environmental protection market.

As an important thematic conference of the 2013 Sichuan Environmental Science and Technology Academic Exchange Conference, this exhibition will be held simultaneously with the 9th Chengdu Water Supply and Drainage Water Treatment Technology and Equipment Exhibition to ensure the scale and effectiveness of the exhibition.

1. 3m x 3m standard booth, domestic exhibitors: ¥ 7800 per booth; Foreign exhibitors: $2500 per piece

2. Open space booth (minimum rent of 36 square meters), domestic exhibitors: ¥ 800/square meter; Foreign exhibitors: $200/㎡

Note: Each standard booth is equipped with one table, two chairs, two spotlights, one 500W load socket, and one fascia board for free;

② The vacant booth does not include free standard booth equipment. If other facilities are needed, they must be prepared by oneself or rented in advance.

◎ Conference theme and concurrent activities:

The theme of this conference is "Implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development and Promoting the Development of Environmental Protection". Several special topics will be set up during the conference to carry out technical exchanges that combine theory and practice, and to promote environmental protection enterprises (or provide public demonstrations by environmental protection expert groups); The following related activities will be planned during the same period:

1. 2013 Council Work Conference and Advanced Academic Enterprise Award of Sichuan Environmental Science Society;

2. Work Meeting of the Foreign Cooperation Committee of Sichuan Society of Environmental Sciences.

Organize the Sichuan Environmental Protection Demonstration Expert Group to enter the environmental protection technology achievement evaluation system for advanced environmental protection equipment and technologies participating in the exhibition, and issue the "Sichuan Environmental Science Society Expert Evaluation System Certificate" as a condition for the science and technology department to apply for projects, evaluate awards, and trade public resources (details available upon request).

We plan to invite experts and professors such as Yang Ping, Deputy Director of the Provincial Environmental Monitoring Station, and Professor Dan Dezhong to give academic presentations on environmental monitoring (testing) instruments. The current status and trends of the application of automatic online monitoring instruments;

6. Technical Exchange Conference on Air and Soil Pollution Monitoring and Control;

7. Discussion on the technology and operation management of sewage sludge disposal in sewage treatment plants;

8. Pollution control and clean production technology exchange in the paper industry;

9. Information conference on some sewage treatment plants under construction and planned construction projects in Sichuan Province.
