Temperature calibration furnaceIt is a high-precision device used for calibrating temperature sensors (such as thermocouples, thermistors, temperature transmitters, etc.). By providing a stable and uniform temperature field, it simulates the actual working temperature environment and verifies the accuracy of the sensor. The following are the precautions for its use and operation.
1) Safe operation
Anti scald: The surface of the high-temperature furnace can reach hundreds of degrees Celsius, and insulated gloves should be worn during operation.
Ventilation environment: High temperature heating may release harmful gases (such as silicone oil volatilization), and should be used in a fume hood.
Explosion proof requirement: When calibrating flammable medium sensors, choose an explosion-proof calibration furnace.
2) Calibration standards
Sensor insertion depth: at least 2/3 of the temperature field length (such as 10-15 times the probe diameter required for dry furnace).
Stabilization time: After reaching the set temperature, it is necessary to maintain it for 10-30 minutes before reading.
Multi point calibration: It is recommended to select at least 5 points within the range (such as 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%).
3) Maintenance and upkeep
Cleaning the furnace: Regularly remove oxides or residues (high-temperature furnaces can be wiped with alcohol).
Calibration cycle: The furnace itself needs to be sent to a metrology institution for traceability once a year.
Storage conditions: Store without power when not in use for a long time, avoiding moisture and dust.
