Solution
1. Do not knot the belt, install a wide belt or large pulley, increase the diameter of the pulley or wide belt, remove foreign objects, and tension correctly.
2. Tighten correctly, install belts with wider width and higher power transmission/increase the size of synchronous belts and pulleys, check the belt type, and replace if necessary.
3. Replace the synchronous belt pulley.
4. Align the shaft again, replace the wheel flange, and reinforce the bearings or chassis.
