Some types of fungal toxins can cause food poisoning. Currently, rapid colloidal gold detection has been achieved for aflatoxin B1, vomitoxin, etc., and results can be obtained within 30 minutes, greatly improving the efficiency of food safety screening.
1、 Core detection principle
Based on competitive colloidal gold immunochromatography technology: After dropping the detection solution into the sample well of the test strip card, the toxin in the solution will bind with the gold antibody on the gold label pad to form a complex. If the concentration of toxin is higher than the detection limit, the gold labeled antibody will bind completely to form a complex, and there will be no visible T-line on the test strip, indicating a positive result (indicating that the toxin exceeds the limit); If the toxin concentration is below the detection limit, unbound gold labeled antibodies will aggregate at the T-line, forming a visible T-line, and be judged negative (indicating that the toxin has not exceeded the limit).
