Shanghai Keyang Technology Co., Ltd. has a history of more than 20 years since its establishment. It is a technology-based entity enterprise with "national *" qualifications, and its business covers the fields of industrial metrology and testing, environmental engineering, and coating technology.

In 1992, the predecessor of Keyang Technology, Luoyang Keyang Instrument Co., Ltd., was founded in Luoyang, Henan.

In 1997, the company relocated to Shanghai and was registered as Shanghai Keyang Technology Development Co., Ltd.

In July 2013, the company successfully underwent a shareholding reform and was restructured into Shanghai Keyang Technology Co., Ltd. On November 6th of the same year, Koyo Technology successfully listed on the New Third Board securities market (National Equities Exchange and Quotations). In the early stage of development, Koyo Technology was committed to the agency, production, and sales of industrial automation instruments and meters. In 2006, Koyo Technology launched a throttling sensing device A+K with independent intellectual property rights ® The balanced flow meter (balanced differential pressure throttling device) has achieved sales performance of nearly 10000 units so far.

2010In, Koyo Technology built a modern industrial plant with a construction area of 5000m2 in Heqing Town, Pudong New Area. The plant has two calibration and detection device lines for water calibration and gas calibration, which can measure flow meters with large diameters up to 600mm and 300mm respectively. In the same year, Koyo collaborated with East China University of Science and Technology, a leading domestic university in chemical research, to establish a joint laboratory on campus and build a small caliber ultra high precision gas standard calibration device line. The establishment of this laboratory has become the fundamental technology platform for the production, education, and research of Koyo, greatly enhancing its comprehensive scientific and technological research and development capabilities.

2011In, Koyo Technology purchased 30 acres of factory land in Jinshan District, Shanghai. The new factory has a construction area of16000m2, already in2014Completed and put into operation in the second half of the year.2015At the end of the year, the factory of Keyang Technology in Heqing Town, Pudong New Area will be relocated as a whole to the new factory in Jinshan.
