ATOi solenoid valves can be widely used in water supply and drainage, fire protection, petroleum, chemical, medical, steel and other pipelines for cutting or regulating purposes. The ATOi solenoid valve has the advantages of fast, simple, reliable installation, no installation site restrictions, easy maintenance of pipelines and valves, vibration isolation and sound insulation, and overcoming the distortion caused by different axis connections of pipelines within a certain angle range, solving the thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature differences.
The ATOS solenoid valve is a device used to control the direction, pressure, and flow rate of fluids in fluid systems. It is widely used in multiple applications and is suitable for a variety of fluids. For the use of groove gate valves, I will teach you its maintenance methods.
1. Attention should be paid to the storage environment of the ATO solenoid valve, which should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the two ends of the channel should be blocked.
2. Regularly inspect the ATOi solenoid valve for dirt and apply rust proof oil on its surface.
3. Installation and application of ATOS solenoid valves to handle daily maintenance and ensure their normal operation.
4. The sealing surface wear of ATOS solenoid valve should be checked and repaired or replaced according to the situation.
5. Check the threads of the valve stem and valve stem nut to see if the packing is expired and needs to be replaced.
6. Test the sealing performance of groove gate valves to ensure their performance.
7. The groove gate valve should be fully operated, and the bolts on the flange and bracket should be intact, with intact threads and no looseness.
8. If the wheel is lost, it should be done promptly and the wrench should not be replaced.

11. The instruments on the stainless steel ATOi solenoid valve should be kept intact, accurate, and clear, and the seals and valve covers should be checked.
12. The insulation jacket should be free of dents and cracks.
13. Operate the ATOi solenoid valve door to avoid jumping or supporting heavy objects.
ATOS solenoid valve is widely used in various fields, mainly playing a role in cutting off and throttling. Groove valve butterfly valve is suitable for flow regulation. Due to the significant pressure loss of butterfly valves in pipelines, which is about three times that of gate valves, when selecting groove valves, the impact of pressure loss on the pipeline system should be fully considered, and the robustness of the butterfly plate to withstand the pressure of the pipeline medium when closed should also be taken into account. In addition, the limitation of the working temperature that the material of the elastic valve seat can withstand at high temperatures is also considered. The structural length and overall degree of groove valves are relatively small, with fast opening and closing speeds and good fluid control characteristics. The structural principle of groove valves is more suitable for making large-diameter valves. When a groove valve is required for controlling flow, it is important to correctly select the size and type of groove valve so that it can work properly and effectively.
Instructions for using ATOS solenoid valve:
1. The throttle and action parts of the pilot valve should avoid setting ultra small diameter holes as much as possible to prevent blockage. If necessary, filter screens should be added, regular maintenance should be carried out, and bypass pipelines should be set up. The development and usage prospects of this type of valve are promising.
2. Valves use the pressure of the medium in the pipeline as a power source to open, close, and regulate. By combining the pilot valve with the small pipeline in the system, they can have nearly 30 functions and are gradually becoming more commonly used.
3. The structural characteristics of ATOS solenoid valve are the relationship between the displacement of the valve core and the cross-sectional area through which the fluid passes, without considering the pressure drop at both ends of the control valve. Therefore, it is only related to geometric factors such as the shape and size of the valve core. The flow characteristics of control valves include different types such as linear, proportional, parabolic, hyperbolic, fast opening, square root, etc. The commonly used inherent flow characteristics include linear, proportional, and fast opening.
4. The dust on the valve is suitable for brushing with a brush and blowing with compressed air; Trapezoidal threads and dirt between teeth are suitable for wiping with a cloth; The oil stains and medium residues on the valve are suitable for steam blowing, and can even be cleaned with a copper wire brush. The straight processing surface and mating surface should show a metallic luster, and the paint surface should show the original color of the paint. The drain valve should be under the responsibility of a dedicated person, with one less inspection per shift. Regularly open the flushing valve and the plug at the bottom of the drain valve for flushing, or regularly disassemble and flush to prevent dirt from blocking the valve.
The ATOS solenoid valve adopts worm gear and worm drive, and the cam rotates to press or release the contact on the signal device according to the predetermined position. The corresponding output is an 'on' or 'off' electrical signal, indicating the opening and closing status of the butterfly valve. The valve body is made of nodular cast iron, the appearance is sprayed with powder epoxy resin, and the butterfly plate is coated with overall glue, which is anti-aging, durable, elastic memory and long service life. The groove valve body is cylindrical in shape, with a short structural length and a built-in butterfly plate. The butterfly plate is disc-shaped and is the opening and closing component of the butterfly valve, which can rotate around the axis inside the valve. The opening and closing methods of butterfly valves, plug valves, and ball valves are the same. The butterfly plate can be opened and closed by turning 90 degrees. By changing the deflection angle of the butterfly plate, the flow address size of the medium can be controlled.
