Today, let me introduce you to ampere hour meters. Ampere hour meters are mainly used for measuring DC electricity, which is the integral of current and time, measured in ampere hours (AH). At present, it is widely used in industrial production management related to electrochemical technology, such as chemical engineering, electroplating, battery charging and discharging. It has practical applications in process management such as nickel mesh production, plate making, precious metal electroplating, and brightener addition, which is of great significance for achieving scientific management of production.

Our SPA series ampere hour meters come in two main sizes: 160 * 80mm and 96 * 48mm.

Firstly, let's take a look at this 160 * 80mm ampere hour meter. We have designed an 8+4-digit dual row high brightness digital display. The upper row can measure and display the accumulated value of ampere hours, and the decimal point of the accumulated value of the ampere hour meter can be automatically shifted. The lower row displays real-time current value or set value.

Looking at the 96 * 48mm size again, it is an 8-bit single row digital display, and the ampere hour cumulative value and current value can be switched for cyclic display. The current sample of the ampere hour meter is taken from the shunt, which has a clock signal inside. Using a multiplier composed of electronic circuits, the product of current and time is obtained. When the accumulated amount reaches the preset value, its output contact controls the automatic feeding equipment to supplement additives to the plating tank. At the same time, the instrument can be extended to add ampere hour alarm function, current transmission and communication interface output function.

In addition, the ampere hour cumulative value has a power-off hold function, which can be manually or automatically reset.
