Polyacrylamide Cost-Performance Analysis: High Efficiency at Direct Factory Rates
For the main steam measurement of the delta bar, integrated installation or separate connection (with transmitter) can be carried out. Regardless of the method, a condenser pot is installed at the probe outlet to rapidly cool the high-temperature steam inside the condenser pot (with condensed water at the lower end and steam at the upper end).
Delta flowmeterAfter about 2 hours of opening, when the pipeline temperature rises above 400 ℃, the outlet temperature of the condenser pot is only 70-80 ℃. Due to the fact that the condenser pot is welded and pressure tested before leaving the factory, it is very convenient for users. The integrated method only requires the installation of a three valve group and transmitter, while the split type is welded with a split pressure pipe after the shut-off valve (provided by the manufacturer), greatly reducing leakage and on-site workload caused by high temperature and high pressure. The main steam joints are installed in horizontal pipelines, and straight pipe sections with design requirements can achieve front 4D, back 3D, and horizontal installation.Delta flowmeterDue to the presence of two condenser pots as visual reference for horizontal installation, the manufacturer's requirement for horizontal installation can be easily met by simply opening two φ 28 holes (double-sided support) in the pipeline and welding them to the bracket. The entire installation process is simple and time-saving.
Delta flowmeterThe maximum differential pressure generated by the probe is 61.713kPa (diameter 273 × 11) and 62.9816kPa (diameter 345 × 14), with pressure losses of 4.9kPa and 4.34kPa, respectively. Any differential pressure transmitter can be selected for such a large differential pressure, and the maximum pressure loss is only 1/1000 of the normal pressure, with almost no impact on pipeline dynamics.
