Polyacrylamide Cost-Performance Analysis: High Efficiency at Direct Factory Rates
Jining Hengtong Instrument Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd
In the field of industrial automation, paperless recorders are mainly used for displaying, recording, and controlling on-site process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level, etc. With the development of electronic technology, new paperless recorder products are showing increasingly obvious performance. (1) Data can be transferred to a computer for further data storage and analysis: The historical data stored in the storage chip of the paperless recorder (which does not lose data in case of power failure) can be copied out through the USB data port on the instrument using a USB flash drive (some companies use floppy disks or CF cards, which are slightly more difficult to read), and then the data on the USB flash drive can be read and analyzed using the analysis software provided by the paperless recorder manufacturer.
(2) Large capacity and long-term data recording function: With the development of new storage chip technology, large capacity storage chips are becoming smaller and larger in size. This provides the possibility to improve the data storage capacity of paperless recorders. For example, our color paperless recorder has an internal storage capacity of up to 248M and a recording time of more than 10 years (with a recording interval of 4 minutes).
(3) No mechanical moving parts, low maintenance during use: Due to the need for a servo drive mechanism to drive the movement of the recording pen and paper in paper recorders, long-term use can cause mechanical aging, resulting in paper jams, and the need to adjust the recording pen; The data of the paperless recorder is recorded in the electronic chip and displayed and browsed through the LCD screen, so there are no maintenance issues.
(4) Input signal function: Due to the advancement of chip technology, new paperless recorder products have various standard on-site instrument signal direct access and strong universality functions, such as 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10mA, 4-20mA (two-wire system), 4-20mA (active), Cu50, PT100, resistance (0-400 Ω), B, S, K, E, J, T and other signals can be directly connected, and software settings are sufficient. Eliminating the cost of temperature transmitters, on-site instrument power supplies, and other related expenses.
(5) Communication function: Most paperless recorder products also have communication function, which can form a data communication network with industrial computers.
(6) PID regulation, alarm, signal transmission and other auxiliary functions are mainly used in the field of industrial automation. Recorder products are mainly used for displaying, recording and controlling on-site process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level, etc.
(7) Chinese numbering and identification: The new domestically produced paperless recorder product has a built-in Chinese character library, which can set Chinese numbering, identification, etc.
(8) Printing function: Some paperless recorder products also have built-in printer drivers, which can directly connect to a micro printer to print historical or real-time data reports, curves, etc.
