Overview

For traditional refrigeration systems, the sample is directly connected to the cold head, and when the system is running, the vibration of the cold head will be directly transmitted to the sample. The CCS-XG system is designed specifically for applications with minimal vibration, based on a 10K closed-loop refrigeration system, providing a vacuum environment for samples. The system isolates the vibration between the cold head and the sample through helium gas exchange and rubber bellows. There is no mechanical connection between the cold head and the sample, and thermal contact is provided by exchanging gas, while the cold head is supported separately. The cold head of this design is easy to remove and bake, and can be applied to true ultra-high vacuum systems. At the same time, it isolates the mechanical vibration of the cold head, making this refrigeration machine particularly suitable for vibration sensitive testing, such as micro area testing, single quantum dot testing, single-molecule testing, microscope testing, etc.
