Adopting single-chip intelligent control, digital display, charging status and parameters are clear at a glance. The precise charging algorithm designed based on the battery charging curve and its charging absorption conversion characteristics integrates various methods for determining battery adequacy, including voltage change rate, current change rate, maximum charging capacity, and maximum charging time, to ensure that the battery can be fully charged without overcharging. Equipped with dynamic tracking and automatic adjustment of charging parameters, as well as comprehensive protection functions. This intelligent marine charger is mainly designed for charging electric boats, electric boats, yachts, and is also widely applicable to electric forklifts, electric vehicles, mining electric locomotives, electric handling vehicles, electric tourist sightseeing vehicles, electric hydraulic platform vehicles, electric amusement equipment, electric boats, electric floor scrubbers, and other batteries. Constant current charging: When the battery voltage is low, 0 1C -0.1 4C current limiting constant current charging, to avoid overcharging caused by overcurrent charging in the early stage of battery charging and ensure the safe use of the charger. The charging time is about 6-7 hours, and the charged amount is 80%. Constant voltage charging: When the battery voltage rises, it automatically switches to constant voltage charging, and the current automatically decreases, avoiding the phenomenon of battery gas and water loss caused by excessive current in the later stage of charging and extending the battery life. When the charging current continues to decrease to the set value, the yellow light will turn on, indicating that the battery is basically sufficient and usable. The charging time is about 2 hours, and the battery has been charged to 20% capacity Charging completed: Maintain constant voltage charging, continue to decrease the charging current, and perform maintenance charging on the battery. When the charging current decreases to the set value or the charging time reaches the set value, the charging will automatically stop, and the sufficient red light will light up for about 2 hours.
