Excellent spectral purity
The 1465 series signal generator is capable of outputting pure signal spectrum with single sideband phase noise. The typical frequency offset of 10GHz carrier at 10kHz is -126dBc/Hz, and the typical frequency offset of 1GHz carrier at 10kHz is -142dBc/Hz. It can be used for Doppler radar, high-performance receiver blocking, and adjacent channel selectivity testing, as well as for local oscillator and low jitter clock replacement.
2GHz sweep width non harmonic
Broadband high-power output
Typical maximum output power values for H05 high-power option:+22dBm for 20GHz,+20dBm for 40GHz, and+10dBm for 67GHz. The H06 enhanced high-power option has an output power of up to+30dBm (1W). If you need a high-power excitation signal during testing, you can obtain the required test signal without the need for an external amplifier, and the power accuracy and stability are higher.
High frequency and power stability
The frequency and power of the output signal have very high stability. The aging rate of the time base is ± 5 × 10-8/year, and the annual variation of the 10MHz high stability time base is less than 0.5Hz. It not only has excellent output power accuracy, but also excellent power stability. It can be continuously turned on for 15 days in an environment with temperature cycling from 0 ℃ to 50 ℃, and the power variation at the same temperature is less than 0.2dB, and the power temperature variation rate is less than 0.01dB/℃.
Flexible large screen touch operation
10.1-inch widescreen LED display with high resolution of 1280 × 800, displaying instrument status information clearly. The eye-catching color matching, reasonable functional zoning, and various functional panel buttons not only bring you a novel visual experience, but also provide you with a convenient and fast operating experience, helping you improve testing efficiency. In addition to the panel buttons, you can also operate the instrument through rotation buttons with enter function, touch screen clicking and sliding, external keyboard and mouse, etc. Each method can independently complete the instrument operation.
Complete frequency band serialization
The frequency range of 1465C/D/F/H/L is 100kHz~10 GHz/20 GHz/40 GHz/50 GHz/67GHz, with 5 series models. The 1465L can output frequencies up to 70GHz. Each model has numerous options for functional and performance expansion. Whether you need a metrology level solution or a basic signal generator, whether you only need to test signals in the RF band or require signal frequencies up to millimeter waves, there is always a model that suits you.
High precision simulation scanning
Full frequency high-precision analog scanning function, meeting your needs for fast scanning in broadband testing. In addition, it also has step scanning and list scanning functions to meet your different testing needs.
Ultra high power dynamic range
With a power dynamic range of -130dBm to+20dBm at 150dB, it is an ideal choice for testing high-sensitivity receivers.
Excellent analog modulation
It has AM, FM, and Φ M functions and supports internal and external modulation source input. FM and Φ M modulation bandwidth range from DC to 10MHz, while AM has two working modes: linear and exponential. The depth of linear AM is greater than 90%. The internal modulation signal generator has a frequency range of DC~10MHz, a resolution of 0.1Hz, 7 modulation waveforms, and can directly output low-frequency signals.
High performance pulse modulation
Modulation depth greater than 80dB, rise and fall time less than 10ns, minimum pulse width of 20ns, supporting multiple triggering methods such as gating and external. Standard internal pulse generator, 6 pulse modes, pulse width 20ns~42s, step 10ns, with pulse train function required for radar testing.
Multiple control and function expansion interfaces
Supports multiple auxiliary interfaces such as USB, LAN, GPIB, and monitor. USB can be used for data transmission and external keyboard/mouse operation of instruments, LAN and GPIB can be used for program control, and monitor interfaces are used for external displays.
