TF ANALYZER 1000 is a compact ferroelectric voltage analyzer that has all the basic characteristic testing functions of ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials. It can be used in conjunction with micro displacement sensors such as laser interferometers and SPM scanning probe microscopes, and is suitable for analysis and testing of thin films, thick films, bulk ceramics, and ferroelectric devices.
