Overview

The 8600 series VSM is a new, high-performance vibrating sample magnetometer that combines the advantages of the 7400 series VSM and Princeton's 3900 series VSM. The 8600 series VSM has been redesigned with higher sensitivity (33 nemu), faster testing speed (10 ms/pt), and simpler operation. In addition to normal VSM functions, the 8600 series VSM can also quickly test first-order reversal curves (FORCs). The first-order reversal curve provides information on the magnetic interaction force and coercive force distribution that cannot be obtained by hysteresis loops, which is important for user research.
