Overview of KZA Adjustable Charger:
Adjustable chargers are classified as intelligent chargers, and their basic principles are similar to those of intelligent chargers. But its output voltage and output current can be manually adjusted through a panel potentiometer (or band switch). Convenient for use in scenarios where there are multiple types and capacity specifications of batteries on site, and the number of batteries needs to be frequently changed.
Adjustable voltage chargers are mainly used for charging multiple sets of batteries, such as initial charging of batteries, charging of plates in auto repair shops, UPS manufacturers, and battery factories.

♦ Input AC voltage: three-phase 380V ± 10%, single-phase 220V ± 10%
♦ Output DC voltage: The main charging voltage is set to 2.58V per 2V cell, and the float charging voltage is set to 2.27V per 2V cell

When used for constant current charging: Set the constant voltage adjustment potentiometer to the maximum and use the current adjustment potentiometer to select the current constant current charging you need.
2. When used for constant voltage charging: Set the constant current adjustment potentiometer to the maximum and use the voltage adjustment potentiometer to select the voltage and constant voltage charging you need.
3. When used for automatic constant voltage current limiting charging: First, set the constant voltage value. The main charging voltage is set to 2.4V-2.60V per 2V cell, and the float charging voltage is set to 2.25-2.30V per 2V cell, or set according to the battery manual requirements. The constant voltage setting value varies depending on the battery type. Connect the battery, adjust the current, and start with constant current charging. As the battery voltage increases, it automatically switches to constant voltage charging, and the current gradually decreases.
