The YQ-3 adjustable high-speed homogenizer was developed by combining technology and soliciting opinions from a wide range of users. The machine uses a 200W/min single-phase series excited micro motor, which drives the rotary blade to operate inside the bottle cup, utilizing the fluid dynamics inside the bottle and high-speed mechanical shear force. There are six sizes of bottles, knives, knife shafts, and six temperature control cups attached. Hot water or coolant can be added to the cups for temperature control according to the needs of the materials, and mechanical positioning is provided. The entire mechanical operation is free and convenient. The electrical part is equipped with switches, power on indicator lights, and the speed controller can be infinitely adjusted according to needs. The shell is equipped with a grounding device for safe use.

Instructions for using YQ-3 adjustable high-speed homogenizer:

1. Select the bottle number according to the load capacity, put the material into the bottle, turn the required bottle cup clockwise onto the locator, center it with the motor shaft, tighten the compression nut, connect the rubber tube on the motor shaft and the knife shaft evenly, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will light up to connect the power supply. Adjust the speed regulator knob and select the appropriate speed.

1) Before starting up, please ensure that the power supply matches the technical data.

2) Connect the machine shaft and knife shaft vertically with a rubber tube.

3) To avoid excessive torque generated by the blade shaft, damage to the components, and breakage of bottles and cups. The speed controller should be turned on only when the knob is in the zero position. The speed varies from slow to fast.

4) The blade should be regularly sharpened and the sharp angle should be symmetrical, without deformation, to ensure stable startup and high work efficiency.

2. The motor and speed controller should not be affected by moisture. Keep clean

3. Bearings should be inspected regularly, and high-temperature resistant lubricating oil should be added every six months

4. If the speed regulator is not adjusted when it is not running, the machine should be stopped for inspection.

5. Carbon brushes should be checked regularly. It needs to be replaced if it is worn out. If excessive sparks are found on the carbon brush, it should be stopped from use. It can only be turned on after being repaired.
